By accessing or using our website, including browsing or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including visitors and customers. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

By using this site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indonesian law. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may be updated without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide an appropriate solution, including a refund if necessary.

Section B – Product Terms

All products sold on this website are designed and created by Arkelora. Our designs are the result of careful consideration, experimentation, and craftsmanship. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, modification, resale, or redistribution of our designs or products is strictly prohibited.

Our products are intended for personal use only and are not authorized for commercial resale or bulk distribution. If you are interested in a business or commercial partnership, please contact us directly.

Due to the nature of 3D printing and small-batch production, slight variations in texture, surface, or color may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of each product’s unique character.

We strive to present accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings. We do not guarantee exact color representation.

Our products should be used and maintained according to provided guidelines. Arkelora is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or use outside intended purposes.

Section C – Shipping (Indonesia Only)

We currently ship within Indonesia only.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Arkelora is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Orders are processed according to our production schedule, as most items are made to order. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and external factors beyond our control. While delays are uncommon, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider. However, we will assist with tracking and communication where possible.

Section D – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkelora shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from the use of our website or products.

Our lamps are designed as decorative lighting objects. While we use appropriate electrical components, customers are responsible for ensuring safe use and compatibility with local electrical standards. Use of our products is at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

Section E – Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the selected payment method. Orders with incomplete or failed payments may be cancelled.

Section F – Damage During Delivery

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
To submit a damage claim, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Damage reported after the 7-day period will not be eligible for replacement or compensation.
Minor imperfections inherent to the 3D printing process, such as small surface marks or subtle color differences, are not considered delivery damage.

Section G – Lifetime Damage Replacement Policy

We offer a Lifetime Damage Replacement Policy, valid for as long as Arkelora operates as a business.
If your lamp is damaged due to accidental impact or misuse, you may contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. We may offer a partial or full replacement for a reasonable replacement fee, depending on the extent of damage.
This policy may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
